The mission of Robins Street Art Stroll is to foster a vibrant and diverse arts community in our region by promoting and supporting local artists and arts organizations.


Robins Street Art Stroll supports a wide range of artistic disciplines, including visual arts, performing arts, literary arts, and more.


We are accepting submissions for Robins Street Art Stroll exhibitions until June 1, 2025. Our website has all the info you need for submission guidelines and instructions. Stay tuned to social media for the 2026 deadline.

ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE: Artists are to display and sell only original artwork as described in their application.  Original is defined as a handmade or repurposed item which results in the creation of a new, unique one-of-a-kind work of art.  All artwork displayed must be priced and available for purchase.  No “Commissions” only.  However, you are welcome to accept commissions.

CATEGORIES ACCPETED:

DECORATIVE ART – Stained glass, paper crafts, woven baskets, wind chimes and mobiles.

FIBER – includes wearable and non-wearable.  Quilting, crochet, and sewn items- No mass production or screen -printed accepted

GLASS – sculptural or functional work

GRAPHICS – original photography, printmaking, drawings & calligraphy – NO DIGITIAL ART ACCCEPTED.

JEWELRY – original works made from metal, glass, clay, etc.

METAL – decorative or sculptural work

MIXED MEDIA – any work that combines two or more mediums in one piece

PAINTING - works created with watercolors, oils, acrylics, or other paints.  Reproductions are allowed if signed and numbered; these should be displayed in a bin or basket

PHOTOGRAPHY – Original material including traditional film photographs, hand-colored images, and digital photos

POTTERY – all clay-based art, either hand thrown or built.  Ceramics pieces made from a mold must be labeled.

SCULPTURE –Three-dimensional art objects (glass, metal, wood, mixed media, other).

TWO-DIMENSIONAL:  includes torn paper, printmaking & drawing.  Reproduction prints much be signed, numbered and should be displayed in a bin or basket.

WOOD: original works that are carved, machine-worked, hand-tooled or turned

METAL – hand-tooled, cast welded or machine worked.

ITEMS THAT ARE NOT ACCEPTED OR CONSIDERED:

T-shirts, factory-made items, items made from a craft kit (regardless of artistic enhancements).

No collegiate or organizational logos, mascots or emblems may be displayed or sold without proof of licensing.

No food products, oils, soaps, cosmetic products, bath/beauty products, lotions, candles, knives/weapons, or other non-related art items.

RSAS reserves the right to remove any artwork which does not reflect the work presented in the application.

Only licensed food vendors and food trucks who have been invited may sell food and beverages at this event.

BOOTH FEES:

$50.00 for each 10’ x 10’ space (limit 2 spaces)

$60.00 if sharing a booth (space may be shared by a maximum of 2 artists.  Each artist must apply SEPERATELY and be accepted).  Both artists must be present on the day of the event.

FINAL DATE TO APPLY is June 1st.  You will be notified by July 1st if you have or have not been accepted to participate in the Art Stroll.

If you are accepted to participate, you will receive an additional email with instructions for booth payment.  Your booth space is not guaranteed until booth payment has been received.

Fees are non-refundable.

Additional Information:

Artists must provide their own tables and other display structures.

Tents or canopies are recommended but not required.  Weights for tents/canopies are required for liability purposes.

Robins Street Art Stroll is not responsible for loss or damage of tents, artwork, or any items the artist brings.

City and state taxes must be paid at the end of the event – NO EXCEPTIONS.  Tax forms will be provided when you check in the morning of October 4, 2025, and will be collected at the end of the day.

If you are accepted and are a no show the day of the event without notification, you could forfeit future acceptance.  There is limited space, and an artist may have been declined in anticipation of your participation.
